Join IOD Institute of Directors (IOD) was established in India on 12 July 1990, as a 'not for profit', apex association of Corporate Directors under the India's 'Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860' to improve their professional competence. It has since grown to associate with more than 31,000 senior executives from Govt, PSU and Private organisations. IOD organises a number of international events each year, in India and certain other select countries at UK, UAE and Singapore.
